Wedge Analysis Window
The Wedge View provides a 3-dimensional perspective view of the RocSlope2 Wedge model, as shown in the following figure.
The Wedge View is displayed by default along with the Planar and Toppling Views when you create a new RocSlope2 file. You can access the Wedge View singularly at any time in a few different ways:
- Select Home > Analysis Window > Wedge
- Select the Wedge Analysis tab between the menu bar and the viewports.
- Double-click the Wedge model in the viewport.
Wedge Analysis Results Details are only accessible when the Wedge Analysis Window is viewed individually.
Additionally, the formed wedge block in the Wedge Analysis Window is a functional component of the model. To move the wedge block:
- Hover the cursor over the wedge block, this will change the cursor icon to vertical arrows.
- Click and drag up or down to move the wedge block.
To return the wedge block to its default position:
- Right-click on the Wedge model.
- Select Reset Block Translation to return the wedge block back to its original position.
Select Reset All Block Translation to move all functional blocks in each analysis window to the default position.
The user has control over the following aspects of the Wedge View:
- Rotating the Model
- Moving the Wedge
- Resizing the Views
- Zoom and Pan
- Display Options
