Add Phreatic Surface
To add a Phreatic Surface:
- Select Home > Slope > Properties
- The Slope Properties dialog will open. Select the Water Parameters tab in the main dialog area.
- Set the Groundwater Method to Water Surface.
- Set the Water Unit Weight and Hu values as desired.
- Select OK or Apply to close the dialog.
- Select Analysis Window > Wedge
, Planar 
or Toppling 
to display the desired analysis model individually. - Select Phreatic Surface > Add
- The 2D Model of the Analysis Method will open. Click the mouse on the 2D Model to graphically define the phreatic surface polyline at the desired coordinates. The points can be refined using the Edit Phreatic Surface dialog afterwards.
- When you are finished entering points, press ENTER or right-click and select Done. The phreatic surface will appear on all three models:
