Draw Label

The Draw Label option allows you to add text attached to a leader line anywhere in the Viewport.

To add a Label:

1. Select Annotate > Draw Label
2. Pick the point graphically using the left-click of your mouse to indicate where you want to add the Label. This point will locate the beginning of the leader line.
3. Pick another point to indicate where you would like the left-most side of the Label's text to start.
4. You will see the Edit Text dialog.

5. To add user-defined text: type any text in the "Sample text" area at the left of the dialog. Use the Font option to modify the text font. Select OK, and the Label will be added to the Viewport and Visibility Tree.

After a Label has been added, it can be formatted, moved, edited or deleted in the Properties Pane or by using the Edit Geometry tool.
