Seismic Statistics

For a probabilistic analysis you can define the following seismic load parameters as random variables:

  • Horizontal seismic coefficient
  • Vertical seismic coefficient

To define a seismic load random variable:

  • In the Seismic Load dialog select the Quick-Stats button located beside the horizontal or vertical seismic coefficient input edit box, choose a distribution, and enter the standard deviation, relative minimum and relative maximum.
