Assign Composite Liners

For the purposes of assigning properties and staging (of the initial liner layer), Composite Liners are equivalent to regular Liners, and the assignment procedure is exactly the same.

Staging of Composite Liner layers after the initial layer, is done through the Define Composite Properties dialog, and not with the Assign Properties dialog, which only establishes the installation stage of the FIRST layer of a Composite Liner.
