Extract Bounding Curve from Mesh

You can extract a polyline that outlines a surface as follows:

  1. Select the Geology workflow tab geology workflow tab
  2. Select at least one surface.
  3. Select the Geometry > Polyline Tools > Extract Bounding Curve from Mesh from the menu.
  4. A dialog should appear. You can use the Add Surface or Delete Selected Surfaces options to add or remove from the list of surfaces that will have bounding curves extracted.

The extracted polyline curves will be added as Geometry entities to the model and can be seen from the Visibility pane.
