Edit or Delete Piles

Similar to other support elements in RS3, piles/forepoles can be edited in the Properties Pane and deleted in the Visibility Pane.

Edit Pile

To edit a pile or pile pattern:

1. Select the Support workflow tab
2. Select Entity Selection as the Selection Mode.
3. Select the pile or pile pattern to edit.

TIP: you can also quickly select the pile to edit in the Visibility Pane.

4. In the Properties Pane, select the grey pencil icon beside the Applied Property to edit the pile.
5. You will see the Edit Piles dialog. Edit the desired parameters and select OK and the pile or pile pattern will be updated.

Delete Pile

To delete a pile or pile pattern:

1. Select the pile in the Visibility Pane.
2. If working within the Groups tab, select Delete Selected shortcut. If working within the Tree tab, select the Delete shortcut beside the selected pile.
3. Selected piles will be deleted.
