RSLog Overview
RSLog is a cloud-based borehole data management software for geotechnical and environmental projects. In addition to field data collection and borehole log generation, RSLog offers various other features such as cross-section design, query builder, Geographical Information System (GIS) and more.
Flexible Licensing
RSLog offers flexible licensing and free Viewer users. Although most users prefer using RSLog cloud-based application (https://www.rslogonline.com), you can install RSLog application and its database on your own server and implement your company policy for security, backup and data recovery. For further details on this on-premises option, please contact our sales team.
Data Entry
Various methods of data entry are available in RSLog. The design of RSLog ensures proper relationship between various data entities which in turn guarantees a single source of truths. For example, buy updating groundwater data in a borehole, all connected cross-sections or reports would be automatically updated.
- Field data collection using RSLog OnSite app,
- Using RSLog Excel templates to collect data during site investigation,
- Data entry by logging in to RSLog web application,
- Importing data from gINT, DIGGS, Wincore, and other database or data exchange files,
- Using API functions for data input / data migration.
Reports & Exports
In addition to generating borehole logs, RSLog generates the following outputs based on borehole data: site location map, boreholes locations map, project summary report, photos report, cross-section report and more.
In addition, RSLog exports to DIGGS, Excel, JSON, CSV, Google Earth, Civil3D, DXF and more.
Design Tools
RSLog offers a powerful yet easy-to-use cross-section designer that helps you visualize subsurface conditions by creating 2D and 3D models.
Customization
RSLog is designed with flexibility and customization in mind. Design your own log templates and customize your data template to match with your company policies and data presentation styles.
Application Programming Interface (API)
Use RSLog APIs for automating migration of your historical borehole data, customizing user interface, generating complex queries and connecting your RSLog account to other in-house programs.
