Settings
RSLog is designed to be flexible and customizable. Anything from the look of the application to list of sample types, drilling methods, hatch patterns, etc. could be customized to match your company standards.
To access this page:
Go to the left-hand navigation menu and select Settings.
There settings are available in the following tabs:
- Data Entry (read more): specify default values, status options and SPT rules,
- Rock Classification (read more): enter rock classifications such as list of options for weathering, alteration, strength and much more,
- Soil Classification (read more): enter soil classifications used for compilation of soil layer description per ASTM 2488,
- Field Investigation (read more): enter list of drilling methods, field tests, piezometer types, etc.,
- Templates (read more): specify default page settings and templates for each type of report,
- Hatch Design (read more): specify colors for soil and rock hatch patterns,
- Theme (read more): select general look of the application,
- Geologic Units (read more): define global geologic units across all your projects.
