Graph Tools
After using the Graph Query or Graph Liquefaction option to create a plot of query results, various graph display tools are available, including:
- Chart Controls
- Copy Data to Clipboard
- Copy View to Clipboard
- Plot in Excel
Chart Controls
The Chart Controls, on the right side of the window, allows you to customize all aspects of the graph:
- Titles (change the chart and axes titles, add footer to chart)
- Markers and Lines (show soil layers option, show point markers, show labels, show grid lines)
- Fonts (change any of the fonts or font sizes)
- Legend (show legend option, legend location and alignment)
- Colors (chart background color, text color, legend color, label colors, etc.)
- Axes (logarithmic scale option, reverse axis orientations, set axis limits, etc.)
Zooming
You can use the scroll-wheel of your mouse to zoom in and out of any graph. Once you zoom in, scroll bars will appear along the x- and y- axes. You can use these to adjust the graph view, or you can hold down the left mouse button to pan.
Right-Click Menu
The following options can be accessed by right-clicking anywhere on the graph:
- Copy Data
- Plot in Excel
These options are also available in the Graph Tools submenu of the Query menu.
