Discard Isolated External Pieces

This function makes suggestions and removes floating solid pieces that are disconnected from the rest of the model.

Given this exaggerated case of an obvious gap between two disconnecting bodies, running “Discard Isolated External Pieces” would have the program automatically select the piece(s) that it thinks should be discarded and prompt the user a dialog for confirmation:

Click “Yes” to proceed and the selected piece(s) should be discarded.
