Arrow

The Arrow option allows you to add an arrow between any two points on a view.

To add an Arrow:

1. Select Arrow from the Tools menu, or from the toolbar.
2. Enter the first point graphically with the mouse, or enter x-y coordinates in the prompt line. (Snapping may be useful here). Note that this is (initially) the end that the head of the arrow is located.
3. As you move the mouse, a line will connect the first point to the current cursor location.
4. Enter the second point graphically with the mouse, or enter x-y coordinates in the prompt line, and the Arrow will be added to the view.

Tips:

• Double-click on the Arrow to bring up the Format Tool dialog. In this dialog you can edit the Arrow appearance, and edit the coordinates of the two ends.
• In the Format Tool dialog, you can change the location of the Arrow head. Select Arrow at Head or Arrow at Tail.
• Right-click on the Arrow to change the appearance of the Arrow in the view (i.e. Bring to Front, Send to Back, etc.). You can also edit the coordinates.
