Impact Locations Over Length
To create an impact locations graph for a barrier:
- Select Graph Barriers/Collectors from the Graphs menu or the toolbar.
- The Graph Barriers and Collectors dialog will appear.
- Select the barrier of interest from the Barriers and Collectors list on the left side of the dialog.
- Select Impact Locations Over Height from the Data to Plot list.
- Choose the Graph Type. Your options are Histogram Plot or Cumulative Frequency.
- If you selected Cumulative Frequency and Percentage (%), specify the sampler location with the Show Marker at input, or deselect Show Marker at.
- Specify the Number of Bins.
- Select Graph to plot the barrier data specified.
The horizontal axis of the impact locations graph is the location of impact (from the end of the Barrier connected to the slope, or the base of the Collector) and the vertical axis is the number of rocks that ended up in the bin at that location.
Note that the impact location is affected by any statistical variations assigned to the slope since the barrier moves with the slope.
