Graphing Overview
You can only plot graphs in Results Mode , once the rockfall analysis has been computed.
There are three types of graphs available in RocFall:
- Slope-wide Graphs (rock endpoint location graphs, envelope graphs)
- Distribution Graphs (distribution of results at X locations along the slope)
- Barrier and Data Collector Graphs (graphs associated with a particular barrier or collector)
In all cases, you can copy the raw data used to create the chart into the clipboard so you can perform further analysis or write a report using the data. You can also use the Chart in Excel feature to export the raw data and chart directly to Excel.
Right-Click Menu
In the graph view, if you right-click on the graph, you have a number of options for customizing the appearance of the graph. Select Chart Properties to modify titles, axes, legend, etc. In the Chart Properties dialog, click Save to make the current settings the default settings. By clicking Reset you can go back to the default application settings or the previous settings.
From the right-click menu you can also Copy Data to the clipboard and Plot in Excel.
